Shipping Information

Our shipping rates are as follows:   $8.00 / Pair of Shoes Via Aust Post (Within  Australia) (We do not send internationally unless an email is sent prior to paying and freight is added to your order, around $14 / pair).

If you purchase 2 or more shoes just send your order as normal and I will adjust the postage before you pay, then I will send confirmation and you can then pay.  This way you can save on Postage.

All orders are shipped within 3 working days. If you have not received an order within 10 days, please notify us by email at: danceshoes@kerriedee.com

Refund and Returns

Your satisfaction is our first priority at Kerrie Dee Dance Shoes. If your item is faulty or the incorrect size upon receipt or is not as described, we will gladly exchange the item.   Just return the item via Aust Post, all returns are subject to us receiving the item back within 7 days of purchase. Items must be returned with their original packaging. must still be in an unused and saleable condition.  (POSTAGE IS NOT REFUNDABLE)

When returning an item for an exchange, NO additional postage will be charge to send the new item out.

And also include the following information:

• Your Order number if known (appears on the top of the confirmation email)
• Your name and address
• A description of the item you are returning
• Whether you would like a refund or exchange. If you wish to exchange it for a different item, please include the name and item number of the replacement item.
